It’s Iced Tea Month!

Yowsers, it’s 45°C in the Okanagan this today and also the last day of June, so there’s no better time to share one of my favourite iced tea recipes with you (she says as she sips on the alcoholic version of it at her desk).

This morning, I had the pleasure of being invited to participate on the Tea and Herbal Association of Canadas Iced ‘Tea’V. This series of live chats features members of their organization sharing their favourite recipes. You’ll definitely want to check out their YouTube Channel and Facebook Page to see all of the incredible things you can do with tea.

I’m generally a hot tea drinker, but recently have been introduced to the cold brew method of making iced tea, which requires much less brainpower to be successful at. I introduced Shabnam Weber, the President of the Tea and Herbal Association to my “Live Your Best Lake Life” Iced Tea recipe.

Watch the video to learn more and everything you need to make it yourself is in the recipe below!.
